As a Performer, I spend my time between America and Ireland (Co. Clare). As I rely on my hearing for audience interaction, I need to ensure that my hearing health is being looked after. When I have my hearing checked, I go to the professionals at Galway hearing Care. As the song goes, ‘it’s a long long ways from Clare to HEAR'.... (pardon the pun), but I would travel a lot further (and I did come from America!!), to ensure the my hearing health is being looked after by the best.

I have been referring my private patients to Galway Hearing Care for hearing assessment and when the need arises, digital hearing aids. I have received many positive accounts from clients I have sent to them and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone looking to receive a thorough and complete hearing assessment or indeed unbiased advice on hearing aids.

My wife was listening to the Joe Duffy show one day. Lots of people were calling in with similar hearing difficulties as myself and many people recommended Galway Hearing Care. I contacted them for a hearing test and I found the owners Teresa and Joe excellent. The Widex digital hearing aid they supplied to me was FAR superior to the one I had and now my family no longer have to listen to the TV blaring any more. An added bonus was that it was cheaper than the one I recieved from the multinational company and worked infinitely better.

I encountered Galway Hearing Care while searching the web. Following a series of appointments for adjustments to my newly fitted Widex Mind 440 hearing aids, the devices are now functioning very well and I can hear many sounds which I have been unable to hear for many years. The word "Care" in the company name is most important. Joseph Browne has been extremely caring, patient and helpful. I have no reservation in recommending his company to anyone in need of hearing aids. If it is possible to help, Galway Hearing Care will.

I purchased my hearing aids from Galway Hearing Care in 2007. Having never worn hearing aids before I was very nervous but Galway Hearing Care explained everything clearly to me. I went with Galway Hearing Care as they were competitively priced and I felt they would look after me if I had any difficulties. I especially recommend them to first time hearing aid wearers as they were very patient with me. I've recommended them to a few friends and they have had the same experience as I did. My hearing aids have changed my life and I am delighted with them.

I used to be a very social person and I knew my hearing problem was significantly reducing my participation in and enjoyment of social activities. On the recommendation of my ENT Consultant I approached Galway Hearing Care. My new hearing aids have improved my quality of life more than I ever thought possible. I now fully participate in meetings and social gatherings. I have also started going back to the Galway Arts Centre and the cinema. I tell everyone how wonderful Joseph and Teresa are to work with and how reassuring it is to know they are always available to me if I need them.
